About
The factory is based just outside of Porto, Portugal and is a family-owned business since over 30 years, founded by a wonderful man who grew up in a family of textile-workers. Their legacy brings decades of experience and dedication to the establishment.
Materials
The factory source all their materials within a 35 kilometer range - reducing long transportation and thus making it a lot more sustainable than most other factories.
Quality over quantity
Their awareness of the fact that about 60% of all clothes produced in the world get burned, is the reason they only produce small, easily saleable quantities, focusing on high quality and sustainability in every step of the way.
Great working conditions
All their seamstresses are greatly cared for, with a good wage and a strong community. Their creative opinion is highly valued, and we all work together as a team when creating a new piece.
Sustainable energy
70% of the factory's energy use comes from solar panels on the roof of the factory. It doesn't get better than that!
